2012 Internship Position
Time commitment: About 10-12 hours per week, including evenings and weekends for events.
Our intern will need to be a junior or senior at a college and pursuing a degree in business, communications, hospitality management or a related field. Our internship starts in March and continues through the fall quarter. You will need to be living in Columbus for the duration of the internship.
Other requirements include a professional demeanor, a great attitude, proficiency with Microsoft Office (particularly Excel), and the ability to work independently at times. The ideal candidate will be interested not only events but also in the business aspects behind the planning.
This position will allow you to learn new skills and systems including WordPress, Google Sites and timeline management. Our internship is unpaid.
We are not currently hiring for assistants or event planners.
